The Kings Arms Pub sits proudly at the top of Whiteladies Road in an impressive building that dates back to the late 1700’s. It offers dynamic and flexible space spanning three floors with an exciting food, drinks, functions, sports and entertainment offer to welcome everyone.
The entrance level welcomes you with a split-level bar offering both a cosy and intimate secluded lounge for those customers seeking a chilled space and a larger upper area linking to the main bar.
The newly refurbished bar and main drinking area has been upgraded and features multiple screens for your entertainment showcasing the latest sporting fixtures from Sky and BT.
The main bar stretches to the rear of this extensive building offering flexible space for groups large and small with seating for up to 40. This can be utilised for business meetings, functions and whilst also offering a great viewing area for major sports tournaments such as, the 6 Nations, the Euros and the Olympics.
The front mezzanine seating area links to the main bar and may also be used as an exclusive space.
Heading out of the main bar, you will enter our private and sun-drenched beer garden which comes alive during the summer months. During the winter our garden is transformed to offer a heated, sheltered space with ambient festoon lighting so that you may relax in the crisp, winter air over a mulled wine or two.
The team at the Kings Arms are passionate about service as well as our ale and drinks offer. Come to the Kings and expect to be served a perfectly conditioned pint of cask ale. Wickwar favourites Bob and Falling Star will be sure to feature on the bar, along with rotating guest ales. We also offer a wide selection of continental lagers, craft beer, local ciders and a great selection of cocktails, wines and spirits.
Looking for a bite to eat? Chef Liam Pitts has developed a menu to offer a mixture of British pub classics, American themed favourites and gastro style dishes, using only the freshest local and seasonal produce to ensure a quality dining experience.
